Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of jaatprinters.com, including its content, functionality, and services. By using the site, making a purchase, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Account Registration & Security
You may register or check out as a guest. Account information must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for your credentials and activities under your account; notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We may disable accounts if we believe these Terms have been violated.
Descriptions, Pricing, and Orders
We display specifications from manufacturers and attempt accurate descriptions, but do not warrant that descriptions or other site content are always complete, current, or error-free. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. We may correct errors and cancel orders arising from them. An order is an offer to buy; we may decline it. Acceptance and formation of the contract of sale occur when you receive an order confirmation email. Hardware is factory-sealed and never refurbished-as-new unless explicitly stated.
Payment
Payment must be received before acceptance of an order. We accept major credit cards with AVS and Luhn checks. You represent that you are authorized to use the card provided and will pay posted prices and applicable taxes.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping and handling charges are specified during ordering. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Read our Shipping Policy. Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Original unopened hardware qualifies for a full refund; opened unused hardware may incur a restocking fee, and used printers, scanners, or opened supplies cannot be returned. Intellectual Property
The site's information, software, text, images, and design belong to JaatPrinters or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Use the site only for personal or legitimate business procurement purposes.
Liability and Warranties
The full Terms limit JaatPrinters' liability for injury, loss, claims, and direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site or products. Hardware is provided by JaatPrinters "as is" and "as available"; product warranties come from the original equipment manufacturer, not JaatPrinters. Indemnification, Disputes, and Governing Law
The Terms require you to indemnify JaatPrinters for third-party claims arising from your breach of the Terms or violation of law or third-party rights. Disputes relating to these Terms are subject to binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, administered by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures; you may opt out by written notice within 30 days of first use of the site. Texas law governs these Terms.
