Your Privacy Choices
JaatPrinters does not sell your personal information to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers for monetary consideration. We also do not currently run third-party advertising or conversion-tracking tags that would constitute "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
As a hardware retailer, our business model is selling printers and scanners — not monetizing user data. We collect standard information (name, address, email) strictly necessary to process your orders, and we share minimal data with trusted service providers (such as shipping carriers) solely to fulfill your orders. The term "sale" under the CCPA is defined broadly, so out of an abundance of caution and for strict compliance, we provide this form so you can formally record your preference to opt out of any future potential data sale or sharing.
You do not need to create an account to submit a request. We will process it within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to retain certain data to complete transactions you requested or comply with legal obligations, such as tax record keeping. Submit an Opt-Out / Privacy Request
When the site loads, the form on this page lets you provide your full name, email address, and a request type: opt out of sale or sharing, request data deletion, access or download your data, or submit another privacy request. You can also contact [email protected]. Submitting this form does not require creating an account.
Choose the request type that best matches what you want to do. An opt-out records your preference about sale or sharing; a deletion request concerns information we hold about you; an access request asks what information is available. If your question does not fit those options, choose another privacy request or email [email protected]. Use the same email address associated with your order or account if possible, so we can more easily locate the relevant records. Do not include a full card number or security code in a request.
Authorized Agent Requests
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written, signed permission from you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us before processing the request. Submit authorized agent requests to [email protected] with the subject line "Authorized Agent Request — Do Not Sell."
How We Verify Your Request
To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before processing your request. We may match the information you provide against our records (such as recent order history) or send a verification email to confirm your request. If we cannot verify your identity, we will notify you and explain why. We will not require you to create an account in order to submit a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Opting out of non-essential cookies and requesting deletion are different actions. The cookie banner controls optional browser technologies on the device you are using; it does not delete an order record. Likewise, clearing your browser's site data does not remove information needed to process an order or meet record-keeping obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of information we collect, the purposes for which we use them, and the rights that may apply where you live.
Other Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable state law, you may also request a copy of the personal information collected about you, deletion of information subject to legal retention requirements, correction of inaccurate information, or limits on use of sensitive information to what is needed to provide our services. We will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service for exercising privacy rights.
