Our Commitment to Accessibility

Conformance Status

A target is not a certification that every page or interaction already meets every success criterion. Product information, filtering, forms, and checkout each present different accessibility needs. If a barrier prevents you from finding an answer, please tell us what you were trying to do rather than assuming the feature is unavailable.
Measures We Take
JaatPrinters takes the following measures to support the accessibility of our website:

If you use a keyboard, try Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links, form fields, and buttons, then Enter or Space to activate the focused control. Browser zoom can make text easier to read; your browser's accessibility settings may also offer text scaling and contrast options. These are general navigation suggestions, not a guarantee that every combination of browser and assistive technology behaves identically. Please report any control you cannot reach or operate.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the site may have limitations that we are actively working to address:
- Some product images provided by manufacturers may have limited or generic alternative text. We are working to improve these on an ongoing basis.
- Some complex interactive components (such as filtering controls, dropdown menus, and dialogs) are continually being tested and refined for full assistive-technology compatibility.
- Documents linked from our website may not be fully accessible. If you need information from a document in an alternative format, please contact us.
If an image does not explain a feature you need to evaluate, include the product name and a description of the missing detail in your message. If a filter, menu, or dialog is difficult to use, you can describe the product specifications you are looking for instead. For an inaccessible linked document, identify its title or URL and the information you need from it. This helps us understand the barrier without asking you to repeat an unsuccessful step.
